After the first two sectors in which he hadn't improved it looked like the pilot Red Bull had lost the pole, but with a magnificent third sector he manages to file two tenths to take back the first position. As soon as he got out of the car, Verstappen talked about how short the track is very difficult curves to interpret and how his fans lend a hand to push harder: “The interruption between the two attempts in Q3 was very long and it's never nice. The track and tire temperatures change and the wind changes too. The track is demanding and it's not easy to get the lap right. There are a few corners, but the ones that are there are quite complicated to deal with. I'm happy with the pole, but I also know that points are scored tomorrow and Sunday, not today. Curve 1? We have a great car and qualifying isn't usually our strong point."

“Point in departure”
The focus is now on the sprint of tomorrow, in which it is known: take home pointsglobally, it will be essential: “ I hope to have a good start, but then anything can happen. However I am confident with the car we have. Fans? Seeing so much orange is amazing. The support I have received here has always been very great for many years. This puts a smile on my face, I hope to convert all of this into a great weekend".
