Red Bull restarts from the RB20 and Max Verstappen in view of the new 2024 season. The Dutchman, in an exclusive interview granted to 'La Repubblica', talks about his sensations in view of the start of the season, especially after presenting the new (and above all aggressive) RB20"I am satisfied with the different and, above all, non-conservative path that we have taken. Our goal is to always do better. Everyone in the team seems positive to me ever since I saw the plans for the new car last year in Abu Dhabi. We see. I don't think we made a mistake".
Verstappen ready for the 2024 season with the RB20
The RB20, at first impression, seemed to everyone to be a super car aggressive, almost style Mercedes 2022-2023. Verstappen, however, does not entirely agree on the issue: “No, It's a Red Bull style car. We are talking about an aggressive car, but – explained the Dutchman – in a completely measured way”. The RB20 has therefore been presented, now we need to see what the track will say with Red Bull's objective which is not entirely to do even better than the records broken last season: "Our goal is not to do even better than 2023, but to ensure that our car is even more competitive. Only time will tell when and if we will be fast".

“Me in Ferrari? Today I don't want to change"
Although the 2024 season has yet to begin, many are already thinking about 2025 Hamilton will be a new Ferrari driver. A negotiation that has certainly impressed many and that Verstappen himself also likes: “We don't know how things went. However, if a winning driver like Lewis wants to go to Ferrari and it is his dream, it is right to accept. It will certainly be very 'cool' to see Hamilton at Ferrari”. And on the hypothesis that one day he might be there dressed in red, the Dutchman momentarily closed the door"I have a lot of respect for Ferrari and its brand. At the moment, however, I am also very happy at Red Bull. In life, obviously, it's a never say never, though a change is not currently on my mind. Maybe one day I'll run elsewhere and not necessarily in Formula 1” concluded Verstappen.
