At the checkered flag of first Las Vegas GP, it is always and only who takes the victory Super Max Verstappen. A small mistake at the start cost him one 5 second penalty. Used in his pit stop, he manages to recover (especially thanks to the new tire) and win the American race.
Verstappen's words after the Las Vegas GP: “Leclerc? I went a little wide"
In post-race interviews, the three-time world champion focused on the initial part of the race, and especially the Departure time. It was due to a braking mistake penalized: “It wasn't an easy race and start. I tried to brake at the start but I did it quite late. I went a little wide and was penalized. I had to make a lot of overtaking and although we had lost a lot in the race I managed to push until the end and I managed to push until the end thanks also to the DRS which I think is very powerful. But in the end it was all fun: even losing the lead in the standings and recovering is characteristic of races."

The key moment: “No harm with George”
The interview could only focus at a certain point on the contact between il Red Bull driver and George Russell. From his point of view, there were no gods in the accident damage to the car, only a slight understeer in some rounds"There was no harm in contact with Russell, except for a little damage with a bit of understeer, but luckily it didn't stop us from winning the race. It was very funny - Max continued – also for the low degradation that allowed us to push, and it was very positive. There's a fantastic audience here and I hope they had fun. It was like that for us and I'm excited to be able to come back here next year to be able to do something similar."
