La Formula 1 is experiencing one of the best moments in its history. The arrival of Liberty Media, based in particular on the show, has undoubtedly increased the great entertainment of this sport which is increasingly followed. In addition to the public, which is growing rapidly, there are various world teams hoping to enter the Circus. However, the process is not easy at all.
A new team is born: Formula Equal
Among the many realities that dream of being able to have a team in Formula 1, there is Formula Equal. The team aims to enter the Circus based on a fair workforce, that is, a team composed of 50% men and the remaining 50% women, thus having an equal division throughout the organization. At the head of all this is the former managing director of BAR Racing Craig Pollock, who had already announced in the previous weeks that he was working on creating a new team.

Pollock: "We want a Formula 1 team"
Pollock himself revealed, in an exclusive interview with CNN, what is your idea for the new Formula Equal project: “Our ambition is to offer and build opportunities and pathways that enable women to reach the top level in motorsports. The project and idea was to try and build a 1% male, 50% female Formula 50 team, which is extremely difficult to do if you are starting from an existing team, but a little easier if you are starting instead. from a white sheet. We are in intense discussions with a country in the Gulf area Pollock added. I still can't go completely unbalanced in this aspect which is crucial because it is obvious that a lot of money is needed to race in F1".
Clear goal, but not easy
The project is still under development, but their idea is very clear: enter 2026 in Formula 1. A difficult mission, but not for this impossible…
