Christmas has just passed, the presents have been unwrapped and the mind is already on New Year's Eve. However, that of the Formula 1 teams is still in season 2024, with that 2023 completely archived. So it's time to sum up of this year, and understand if the expectations were met respected or not. Let's discover together the best teams of the 1 Formula 2023 season.
Red Bull 10, praise only goes to Max
If you think about the season just ended, the best team can only be there Red Bull. On Milton Keynes stablesHowever, there is a long analysis to be done. Overall, it's a great season 10 on the report card. First in the constructors' championship and 1-2 in the drivers' championship. The difference, however, is within the Austrian workforce. Indeed, Max Verstappen brought it home well 575 points. His teammate Sergio Perez instead it has some 290 less, concluding in Abu Dhabi with 285 points. As journalists have repeatedly pointed out, without the Dutch phenomenon we would have experienced a championship very close, with many different riders on the top step. If Red Bull wants to continue to dominate as it did this year, it will need more continuity by the Mexican pilot. With a car on par with other car manufacturers, we risk seeing a World Championship really addictive.

McLaren rebirth after a disastrous start: the best teams of the 2023 season
If we excluded the reigning champions, the team that did best of all was without a shadow of a doubt McLaren. In Bahrain, the British team has positioned itself last Lando Norris e retreated with Oscar Piastres. As announced at the presentation by Andrea Stella (team principal), however, the real car should only have been seen from Silverstone onwards. With immense efforts, the English mechanics managed to bring the updates in Austria. From there, continued growth on their part, with even 2 victories in Sprint Races (Belgium and Qatar) e fourth in builders. A sign that, with hard work and sacrifice, nothing is impossible. And McLaren is a candidate to be one of the protagonist of the next title fight.
