The Spanish rider analyzes the second position achieved in qualifying at the Miami GP
The calmness of knowing how to wait and not giving up. These are the ingredients that have allowed Carlos Sainz to achieve an incredible result second position in qualifying for the Miami GP. The Spaniard, after various problems, raises his head and will start tomorrow in the front row together with teammate Leclerc.
The strength in not giving up
It hasn't been easy weeks for Sainz. After the zeros in Australia and at Imola, raising his head was almost obligatory for the Spaniard. It's not over yet, since we're only in qualifying, but a very important step forward was taken today: "After a rather heavy accident like yesterday, it wasn't easy to regain confidence - admitted the Spaniard – especially on a new and difficult circuit like this one in Miami. However, I kept calm and managed to complete two good laps”.

Maximum concentration see you tomorrow
Tomorrow can't go wrong and crucial, as even Sainz knows, will be the departure: "Tomorrow will be an interesting day. I haven't tried a race simulation with the fuel load yet, and tomorrow will be the first time I've raced in these conditions. It will be quite challenging, but I have confidence in the car. I think we can do a good job."
