“It was an interesting Friday – says Sainz. In the first free practice sessions I immediately felt the car was good and I quickly managed to set some pretty good times. In the second session we tried some setup changes to evaluate which direction to take in view of the race and qualifying. I had less good sensations but I would say that we are okay both in terms of balance and pace. It looks like it will rain tomorrow so we will have to adapt to the wet conditions. Today was a positive day for the team and we are confident for the rest of the weekend."
