Scary signs. It is difficult to understand which new adjective to use to describe the dominance shown by Red Bull. In first race of the season in Bahrain, Milton Keynes team brings home a one-two punch with Max Verstappen and Sergio Perez. Result scary, especially if you analyze how it matured.
Red Bull, there was no race in Bahrain
Already during the tests, Red Bull seemed to be the best team on the track by detachment. Verstappen never complained of any kind of problem on the RB19, showing (again during the tests) a smile that had enormous value. During the weekend, the Dutchman complained of a couple of problems and seemed to have less feeling than usual. An aspect that could have made fans believe they were seeing more spectacle on the track for the fight for victory... but no. After the pole position conquered on Saturday, the RB19 climbed even further on Sunday literally dominating the Grand Prix, concluding with 38 seconds ahead of Aston Martin, 48 on Classic Ferrari for sale and 51 on Classic Mercedes for sale.
The indiscretion: the RB19 is out of engine
However, there is an indiscretion that worries fans, and not a little. According to the "AMuS" magazine, after the second pit stop, the Red Bull asked both Checo and Max to reduce engine power with around 10 laps to go. From what filters, it seems that if Red Bull hadn't decreased the power of the power unit, they would have been driving 1 second per lap faster than anyone else. A news, obviously not certain, which, however, if confirmed, would certainly not be a good sign for the other teams in view of this season. However, we are only at the beginningIn fact, the race in Jeddah will also be an important step in two weeks' time. Only there will we really know how impregnable this Red Bull will be.
