There was already talk in many quarters of a forced farewell of Christian horner a Red Bull Racing, a team that has seen him in command of operations since his first arrival in Formula 1 way back in 2005. Following investigations into potential inappropriate behavior by Horner, with the involvement of a panel external to guarantee objectivity in the treatment of the issue, the outcome is a stalemate, with Horner therefore not forced to abandon the team.
Red Bull, here is the outcome of the investigation into Horner

After well nine hours of meeting between Horner and the lawyers, the need for a few days to fully analyze the issue had emerged. The break had led to speculation about his possible future at home Red Bull, with a hypothesis of promotion of Jonathan Wheatley, current sporting director, or even rumors about the departure of Adrian Newey, tied to clauses in his own and Horner's contracts. After the long wait, therefore, the pool confirmed a stalemate on the team principal, maintaining the status quo that has been known in the team for some time. Some clues in this regard could perhaps be Horner's presence at the winter tests - albeit not in the official uniform, and at the presentation of the new RB20 last February 15th.
