We are now in January 2024 and on calendar starts the countdown. We are in fact approaching the next Formula 1 season and as we have repeated previously, there are many innovations that YawClub will bring to the track in 2024. One of them is the brand new collaboration with Passocorto. A collaboration that will make the next Formula 1 championship and the world of Fantasy F1 shine with unprecedented style and quality. Let's know better then Francesco Tornatora, entrepreneur and creator of Passocorto, who spoke to us about how he transformed a brand of children's shoes in one of the best-known brands in Italy linked to Motorsport and Formula 1.
This collaboration is not just a simple business partnership. It is a union that aims to bring tangible value for both entities involved. Passocorto, with its consolidated reputation in the luxury clothing sector and in the Motorsport sector, adds a touch of prestige to the Fanta F1 game offered by YawClub. On the other hand, YawClub is committed to improving the quality of the game, offering fans an even more engaging experience, thanks to the exclusive partnership with a high-level brand like Passocorto.
An identity based on those who work and love the world of Formula 1 and beyond
As Francesco told us, over the years, Passocorto has evolved by creating its own identity. He did it with products different from those on the commercial scene, of high quality and a unique style that reflects the personality of the wearer and the brand. And not only that: he has also entered into exclusive collaborations with leading figures at a national and international level in the world of Motorsport, producing limited collections that have captured the attention of enthusiasts and collectors. The goal of this new collaboration is to merge Passocorto's ability to create unique and high quality products with the immersive and engaging experience that YawClub offers its users through the Fanta F1.
How Passocortoshoes was born and how it transformed
Hi Francesco, first of all tell us how Passocorto was born
“Passocorto was born as a luxury children's shoe shop. With brands like Balenciaga, Golden Goose, all very expensive and artisanal Italian brands. So something that has almost nothing to do with what we are now. They often ask me the origin of the brand name which, in addition to being related to children's speech, is also linked to Formula 1, in particular to the 2017 season.or I was super passionate about Vettel and in the 2017 season it was said that the SF70H had a "short wheelbase", they wrote it right in the Gazzetta. So I talked about it with my wife and we decided to keep this name, but combining the words Passo andshort. So in a certain sense, it always comes from Ferrari and the passion for motors.
In the years to come the brand evolved, we also started to deal with other products and customize them".

What do you think this collaboration between YawClub in Passocorto could lead to?
“Let's start from the assumption that anything that has to do with the world of Formula 1, and with Motorsport in general fascinates me in all its facets. I think this collaboration can make a contribution and help the brand grow. I really believe in collaboration and the possibilities that can arise with these. Over the years we have managed to do very nice things with Passocorto, including collaborations with important brands nel Motorsport. These are all opportunities that arise when you don't isolate yourself but rather, you open up to other realities, both startups like YawClub and more consolidated brands. Obviously you have to trust and know the people who work there, because unfortunately sometimes there is also a lot of arrogance".
What are the main motivations that led you to explore this collaboration opportunity?
“Exploring this world of Fantasy gaming which is a world I don't know, but which I like because it's always about Formula One. I also like the YawClub App, I find it innovative and well made. I also like the fact that it creates competition between users and enthusiasts. Exploring this type of collaboration could also bring us at Passocorto some ideas for the future. Inspiration comes from everything, therefore also from something that is always inherent to that world, even if you don't know it".
To stand out and create an increasingly united community
Speaking of the brand identity, what are Passocorto's values and objectives?
“The values of the brand and the objectives of Passocorto are very ambitious. With Passocorto we want to pamper and give true motoring and Formula 1 enthusiasts products that are conceptually different from what is on the market, and of the highest quality, without obviously going to crazy figures. We started with simple things, but the goal is to create garments that are truly unique for professionals and fans. That also distinguish us from companies that are perhaps born now to ride the wave of Formula 1. We always try to be up to par. I would say that the goal, Passocorto's philosophy is to ensure that each of its products is a shopping experience different from the others. For true enthusiasts, fans and professionals".

Are these values that in your opinion can be integrated with those of YawClub?
“Yes, I think they can integrate because, as with Passocorto, in YawClub there is a desire to give a different experience. Even the partners you have within YawClub are gems and I think they bring value, and I like the idea of being within this crew to try to develop something together. I'm very positive about it and I think we could get some great satisfaction.".
