Just before the start of the ninth round of the season. Formula E lands in Montecarlo for the Monaco E-prix where the show is undoubtedly guaranteed. Edoardo Mortara will certainly be one of the protagonists of the weekend. The pilot of Maserati intervened in exclusive right to our microphones, thus presenting his weekend.
Mortara: “The importance of qualifying? Hard to tell”
What does racing in Monaco mean to you considering that the atmosphere is always a bit different compared to other E-Prixes?
“There is definitely something very special here. It's something very special as a driver because it's a very special circuit, and for us as a team, too, we have offices that are 100 meters from here. Surely this gives us energy, so we will try to do well”.

How important is qualifying here in Monaco for you?
“Well, actually I can't tell you precisely because in the last few races we have seen many, many overtakings and many different strategies have also been used in the race. Surely qualifying here in Monaco is important, however, in the last few races, we've seen that even if you qualify a little behind, there's the chance to do well”.
