La Formula 1 he never sleeps, not even in the Las Vegas night. The top series, FP3 concluded who saw Russell in front of everyone, returns to the track for qualifying which will decide the race grid tomorrow. The complex layout of Las Vegas has already made quite a splash, from the cold to the security that jeopardized Sainz's weekend – and the fantasy coaches who had bet on him – with the accident in FP1. Leclerc will therefore be the only striker of the team red to try to undermine Verstappen in qualifying in Las Vegas.
Sensational in Q1: the McLarens out
Sainz will receive the penalty for the replacement of some parts on their car, as well as Stroll for overtaking the Ferrari driver with number 55 under the yellow flag regime. The Williams cars set off at full speed during qualifying in Las Vegas, with Sargeant ahead of his teammate, only to then have to follow. There is already a heated fight ahead: la SF-23 with the special livery by Leclerc precedes the two Red Bull four minutes from the end of the first round. Tense moment for Norris, who finds Perez during his lap and is forced to dodge him.

The evolution of the track is very high, and the fact that it is so difficult to warm up the tires makes it possible to use a set for multiple laps without returning for a tire change. The McLarens are sensationally excluded. Norris he's 15th, Piastres 18th. Behind the English, in sixteenth place, Ocon is there. Behind his back Zhou. The last one is Tsunoda. Very tense situation between Ocon and Verstappen: The two got into an argument during the launch lap, ruining each other's attempt.
Perez and Hamilton narrowly out
The red tire performs more than well on this route. It cannot be ruled out that some teams, such as Ferrari, could save a set ahead of the race. Alonso flies at the start of the round, who takes first place with new red tyre. As in Q1, Magnussen impressed by constantly staying close to the top positions. Curious Verstappen, who remained in the pits for half the session, taking to the track just seven minutes from the end. The Dutchman finished his first attempt in first place, only to be overtaken by Leclerc with a gap of seven tenths. It is now clear who will compete for the first position. Another sensational double exclusion at the end of the second round: Hamilton is 11th, Perez 12th. follows Hulkenberg, with Stroll e Ricciardo immediately behind.

There's a Ferrari in front of everyone in Las Vegas
At the start of the third and final round, Leclerc continues to impress. The Monegasque beat his teammate by 22 thousandths despite, unlike the Spaniard, having no trails. Charles Leclerc snatched pole position, 44 thousandths ahead of Sainz. Third there is Verstappen, who aborts his lap at the last second. Russell is fourth ahead of Gasly. Williams excellent: Albon is sixth, Sergeant seventh. Bottas è eighth ahead of Magnussen and Alonso. Given the penalty of 55 – who will therefore have 0 points at Fanta despite the second position – starting from the front row there will be the three-time champion and the challenger.
