It was an excellent start to the weekend for Ferrari. Australia painted red during the first and second practice sessions. Once again, it is assumed that the protagonists of this weekend will be Leclerc and Verstappen, with the Monegasque looking for his second victory of the season:
"As far as I'm concerned – said Lelcerc- my Friday was a little complicated. The first session was difficult and I was able to improve my riding in the second. I think there is still a lot of work to do also because I doubt that anyone has really managed to put together a perfect lap. Qualifying is tomorrow, and we are counting on being able to play our cards”.
