It was a truly unforgettable weekend for Charles Leclerc. After qualifying complicated had yesterday, the Monegasque closes in eleventh place in the standings. Therefore, the number #16 lacks access to the points zone which once again certifies that the SF-23 is a very unpredictable car in the race.
Leclerc: "The car is highly inconsistent"
There is no doubt a lot of bitterness: Leclerc struggled a lot with the Hard tyres mounted at the start, so much so that the pit stop after only 17 laps speaks volumes. In Maranello there is really a lot to work on. Today the car, based on what Leclerc said, was incomprehensible. In this regard, we report his statements released to the microphones of sky sports f1:
“Unfortunately the car was better today, yesterday I couldn't drive with the rear spinning everywhere. Today was the front, especially in the first stint. We have to work hard, we have an incredibly fickle car. In the same race we put on the same hard tires twice, in the first part we are nowhere, in the last part they were fine. I took the car to the limit in the same way, but we have huge inconsistencies, and we will have to do a great job. In these conditions it was very difficult, especially with tire management, which was the most important thing."
