He finishes in second place Ferrari di Charles Leclerc. Probably the best race for the Red team since the beginning of the season and also for the Monegasque. For the 23-year-old it is in fact the best result since the start of the season.
Leclerc on updates: “I feel comfortable”
After getting out of the car, Charles went to David Coulthard for interviews. The focus of the questions was on the updates brought by the Maranello team to Austria. The Ferrari driver's response makes us understand his benevolence towards these updates and how he feels better now comfortable with the car: “On Friday and today we were able to maximize what we had. Unfortunately, yesterday I was not able to do the same. I'm happy to be on the podium, the updates we've made to the car make me feel more comfortable. This is a good thing for the future. The team did an exceptional job anticipating these upgrades. But there is still work to do, because clearly Max and Checo had another step".

On leaving: “I tried”
The questions subsequently turned to the start, where Leclerc found himself in a tussle with Verstappen and does not hide the fact that he tried: “At the start I tried to pass Max, even though I knew it would be difficult to keep my head in the long run. I tried, but it wasn't enough. I'm happy to be back on the podium, especially after the last few races.".
However, his mind is already on the next grand prix, scheduled for Silverstone. The Ferrari driver pointed out how the English circuit has always been a good route for the Red: “We have always done well at Silverstone, that track and this one in Austria can bring us good results, we hope to take advantage of the new features on the car”.
