The closer we get to the end of the season, the more the teams start to think about which two rookie drivers at their disposal to have two free practice sessions at their disposal. In fact, as per the regulations, in Formula 1 the teams need to have a rookie driver take part in two free practice sessions and, in this regard, at Haas they communicated that Oliver Bearman will take to the track during FP1 of the Mexican GP, scheduled for early November, and in the first free practice session of the last round of the season in Abu Dhabi.
Great news for the young Ferrari Driver Academy, who will have the opportunity to drive a Formula 1 single-seater. The VF-23 has not given great guarantees this year, with Nico Hulkenberg and Kevin Magnussen having repeatedly highlighted the shortcomings of a car which suffers terribly from degradation during the race eraser. The peculiarity, however, concerns the US GP as Haas has already announced that it will bring a completely new car, resized from many points of view, in particular the aerodynamic aspect. To already delve into the Haas family, Bearman will be present in the paddock with the American team already this weekend with the Qatar GP.

Bearman's words
Bearman himself is undoubtedly enjoying the Haas announcement and immediately wanted to express his joy: “I am very happy to join the Haas team having the tremendous opportunity to drive in both Mexico and Abu Dhabi. Getting to Formula 1 has been my dream since my go-karting days, so driving a car like this for the first time this year is really special. I can consider myself truly grateful to the team, and of course to Ferrari, for giving me this opportunity. I'm working hard to be ready to support the team as best as possible on both occasions."
