The starting grid of the Mexican GP opens with the two of them: Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz. On the Mexico City track, at least in qualifying, Ferrari dictates the law. Now, though, for the Team a lot of attention will be needed to try to bring home a success that has been missing since the weekend in Singapore. To do this we will need to work as a team: Leclerc and Sainz will have to defend against Verstappen's attacks who takes third place, next to Ricciardo, author of an exceptional performance and who hopes to bring home his first points of the season.

Mercedes not very well, aiming for race pace
Ricciardo's excellent performance on AlphaTauri perhaps highlighted the situation little fifth position for Perez. A result that is not excellent, of course, but not totally to be thrown away for the owner of the house. Lewis is next to him Hamilton, not sanctioned by the commissioners yesterday after qualifying. Behind him, Oscar Piastri and George Russell's other Mercedes. Closing out the top ten are the two Alfa Romeos, the great revelation of the weekend together with Ricciardo, with Bottas e Zhou.

In the hope of the points zone
Opening the sixth row is Pierre's Alpine Gasly, eleventh, alongside Nico Hulkenberg. The difficulties continue at Haas, with Hulkenberg who will try to grab a points zone which is strongly needed to avoid being overtaken by AlphaTauri in the constructors' classification. Behind him the disappointing Aston Martin of Alonso, followed by Williams's Albon. The Thai could have been the surprise of the weekend, but his last attempt in Q2 was canceled and he had to settle for fourteenth place.
At the bottom of the grill
Fifteenth position for Esteban Or with, followed by Kevin Magnussen and from Lance Stroll, again present in the rear. Eighteenth place was a very disappointing Lando Norris, who will be called upon to make a very difficult comeback. At the back of the grid, the AlphaTauri of tsunoda and Logan Sergeant.
