The starting grid of the French Grand Prix opens with Monegasco, Charles Leclerc, which will start with the Red Bull ranking next to it Max Verstappen. The qualification it certainly wasn't an easy day for the world champion, which aims to make up for the race pace. Also not to be forgotten the strategy, a factor that can be decisive for this weekend, considering the third position by Sergio Perez.
The top ten: what a Norris!
Fourth Lewis Hamilton. The seven-time world champion has found the right energy to push the W13 to the maximum. Although expectations for Paul Ricard are not confirmed for now, la Mercedes he can always count on an excellent Hamilton and also on a good Russell in sixth place. In the middle of the sandwich of silver arrows, the McLaren by Lando Norris.
Seventh time instead for Fernando Alonso, followed by the AlphaTauri of tsunoda and on the other McLaren's Ricciardo. The top ten is closed by home favorite Esteban Or with, who however does not seem to have found the right feeling with his car on this track.

In the middle area
Valtteri will instead start from eleventh position Bottas. Next to him, the Aston Martin of four-time world champion Sebastian Hag. Once again the German confirms himself as the lifeline of the English team in qualifying. Immediately afterwards, the Williams di Albon(which sees great improvements thanks to updates) e second owner Gasly's AlphaTauri.

The last part of the starting grid
Sixteenth place for Lance Stroll, never familiar with the car during this weekend, as Zhou seventeenth. It will be a race of redemption for Haas instead with eighteenth position Schumacher, accompanied by Latifs. At the bottom obviously, the two penalized: Carlos Sainz, who will start nineteenth, and Kevin Magnussen.
