Between budget cap and runway ended the FP1 in Singapore. The weekend started again from a surprise, up to a certain point, call Lewis Hamilton. The English rider finished ahead of this season's two rivals: the world champion Max Verstappen, second, and the Ferrari of Charles Leclerc who immediately sounds the charge. Verstappen may already become world champion this weekend, but Leclerc will do everything to prevent him.
FP1, Ferrari is there but it can be improved
It was not an easy session for the Ferrari. In fact, at the beginning of FP1 Leclerc was unable to lap due to a problem with the brakes. However, the Ducati mechanics managed to work on this difficulty, allowing the Monegasque to get back on track. However, the F1-75 seems to be a car, strangely enough, not very easy to drive. Sainz in fact concludes in sixth position, demonstrating the issues of this session.

A weekend of fire
At Red Bull, on the other hand, it won't be an easy weekend. The car runs, and also very well, ma Mercedes and Ferraris are there and can be very annoying. Precisely for this reason, the Austrian team will try to focus its attention on qualifying which, on this track, will be decisive. Sergio Perez will also be able to lend a good hand, finishing in fourth position ahead of George Russell.

Who starts well ...
It starts in the best way, even if we are only in FP1, the Alpine and Aston Martin weekend. The first of the "others" after the top teams is in fact Esteban Ocon who finishes in seventh place in the standings, ahead of Lance Stroll. To sneak in the middle of the party there Pierre Gasly, which perhaps we could begin to consider Alpine pilot in view of 2023. Closes the top ten the man who will greet the French team, that is Fernando Alonso in front of the four times world champion Vettel.

Goal ascent
To forget instead the beginning of the McLaren. The new livery for the moment does not bring luck considering the twelfth place of Ricciardo and the nineteenth of Norris. We'll see if it will be a gradual growth for the Woking team which, as admitted, will try to reach the fourth place in the constructors occupied by Alpine. It's a good return instead for Alexander Albon who finishes from sixteenth place in the standings, between Tsunoda and Guanyu Zhou.
Appointment at FP2
Latifi's Williams closes the standings. Thus ended the FP1 in Singapore. The first signs are coming but pay attention to the second session, in program at 15.00, absolutely not to be missed.
