Let's start once again. After the week off, Formula One is ready to take center stage… in every sense. In fact, for the third appointment of the year, we go back to our origins. We fly to Melbourne, Australia. After two years of hiatus, due to covid, Formula One embraces Albert Park again, which also boasts a new layout. Many changes have been made to the new track with the biggest change concerning the DRS zones: 4.
Australia is back, so the times that Italians don't like are back. In fact, given the Australian time zone, the first free practice session will start on Friday at 05.00, followed by the second scheduled at 08.00. Two hours, adding up FP1 and FP2, for teams and riders to discover the new track, to then be ready for Saturday's qualifying scheduled at 08.00. However, Saturday will open a few hours earlier, at 05.00 to be precise, for the third and final free practice session. On Sunday however, the race is scheduled as usual in Melbourne, at 07.00.
It will obviously be possible to follow everything on Sky Sport F1. The qualification and the race will also be visible in replay on Tv8: the qualification to be precise on Saturday at 15.30, while the race on Sunday afternoon at 15.15.
