Ferrari: Singapore is not the first time it has interrupted a domain
- In Singapore, Sainz achieved two pole positions in a row for the first time in his career.
- Ferrari achieved its third consecutive pole position in Singapore (following Leclerc's two in 2019 and 2022) and seventh overall.
- For the eighth time in the last 13 races here, the polesitter won the race.
- For the second time in the last two races, Ferrari qualified first with Sainz and third with Leclerc.

- For the first time in his career in Singapore, Leclerc was beaten in qualifying by his teammate.
- Sainz's victory ended Red Bull's 15-game winning streak. The same thing happened in 1988, when Berger won at Monza after 11 victories in a row for McLaren.
- Sainz is the first Ferrari driver to convert a pole into a victory since Leclerc at the 2022 Austrian GP. In between, the two Cavallini had failed the task 8 times.
- As for this year's race, Sainz is the only driver to have finished in the same position as he started.
McLaren: Norris on the rise
- While Norris achieved his best career qualifying result in Singapore (P4), Piastri was eliminated in Q1 for the first time since the Miami GP last May.
- Norris' second place is the first podium for McLaren in Singapore since 2012 (second place for Button) and the third of the season for the Englishman, now one less than his own season record (1 podiums in 4).

- From 17th place on the grid, Piastri reached the finish line in seventh position. With 10 positions recovered, this is the fifth best comeback in the history of the Singapore GP.
- For the first time in the hybrid era, a team other than Red Bull, Mercedes or Ferrari stands on the podium in Singapore.
Mercedes: Two-faced Singapore
- Russell's second place in qualifying coincides with his first Q3 appearance in Singapore. His best result before 2023 was 11th place in 2022, when however he started from the pitlane due to a power unit replacement.
- Hamilton's fifth place in qualifying coincides with his worst ever placing in Singapore. Furthermore, the Englishman remains the only driver to have taken part in all the editions held from 2008 to today.
- With third place in the race, Hamilton overtakes Alonso in the drivers' standings and returns to the top 3 for the first time since the 2022 Bahrain GP.

Red Bull: the streak stops in Singapore
- For the first time since the 2018 Russian GP, no Red Bull took part in Q3.
- Barring mechanical problems, Verstappen, 11th on Saturday, failed to qualify for Q3 for the first time since the 2019 Canadian GP.
- Perez, however, was excluded from Q3 for the seventh time in 15 races this year.
- Useless statistic: with 0 laps in the lead in this edition, Verstappen remains behind Giovinazzi, 4 laps to 3.

- Red Bull lost the second race in the last 26: besides Sainz, only Russell in Brazil last year managed to break the dominance of Verstappen and Perez.
- Verstappen had won the last 15 races held on clockwise circuits: as happened in Baku, in Singapore (anti-clockwise circuit) the Dutchman missed out on winning.
- With Verstappen's fifth place, Schumacher remains the only driver in history to have reached the podium in all the Grands Prix of a season (17 out of 17 in 2002). Stuck at 15 consecutive podiums, Verstappen equals Alonso in third place, also behind Hamilton (16).
Alpine: Singapore cursed for Ocon
- Ocon achieved his best career qualifying result in Singapore (P8) and returned to Q3 after 6 races outside the top 10.
- In the race, however, Gasly achieved his best career result in Singapore with an excellent sixth place.

- His P6 was also Alpine's best result in Singapore since 2016, when Palmer took an unexpected sixth place for the then Renault.
- Ocon, however, had to retire while he was having a solid race. For him it is the fourth retreat in Singapore in the last four editions.
AlphaTauri: better and better for Lawson
- In qualifying, Lawson had the satisfaction of eliminating Verstappen in Q2 and entering Q3. Before the stage at Marina Bay, the second AlphaTauri (driven first by de Vries, then Ricciardo and finally the New Zealander) was the only one of the 20 cars on the grid not yet to have reached Q3 this season.
- The same situation was repeated in the race, with Lawson (P9) bringing the second AlphaTauri the first two points of the season, also becoming the 350th driver to score points in Formula 1 and the sixth New Zealander after McLaren, Ganley, Amon , Hartley and Hulme.

- Worse race, however, for Tsunoda. Retired on the first lap after a contact with Perez, he has not completed a lap of the race since the Dutch GP.
Haas: steps forward in Singapore
- Magnussen, sixth in qualifying, scored his best result in Singapore and entered Q3 for the second time in 2023 after the Miami GP.
- With Hulkenberg's ninth place, Haas moved both drivers into Q3 for the first time since the 2022 Austrian GP.

- In the race, Magnussen (P10) achieved his best result of the year, repeating what he also showed in Jeddah and Miami (city circuits as well as Singapore).
- Also in Miami was the last points finish for Haas before Singapore, if we exclude the sprint races (where Haas scored points in Austria).
Aston Martin: first zero of the season for Alonso
- Alonso, seventh in qualifying, continues to be the only driver on the grid with 100% Q3 this year.
- For the second Grand Prix in a row, Stroll qualified last.
- Fifteenth on arrival, Alonso did not score points for the first time in 2023.
