Charles Leclerc dreams of winning the world title with Ferrari. This is the message that the Monegasque wanted to send to the Red fans in an exclusive interview given to the Daily Mail in view of the start of the new season of Formula 1. "Winning the title and championship – admitted Leclerc – It's my big goal. I'm only happy when I win. Coming second is not my goal".

Trying to win, then doing it with Ferrari, It won't be easy at all. There is certainly no doubt about this. Precisely for these reasons, Leclerc hopes and dreams even more of being able to win the world championship with the Red, but for now it is time to set the real objectives of the new 2024 season. "I know that we need to set ourselves realistic goals, however optimistic we may be. Obviously we always want to win, but it's obvious that Red Bull is the big protagonist, especially if we consider last year. Our mission will be try to close the gap as much as possible" explained the Monegasque.
“We're ready to get started”
As always, however, when a new season begins there is always a lot of energy to get started. The attention and curiosity to discover the new SF-24, which will be launched on 13 February (the day before Mercedes and McLaren), it's really a lot. One of the few certainties we have, at least for now, is the choice of colors of the suits presented on Saturday 10 February: out with black and in with white. However, the performance of the car that Leclerc can't wait to drive is still to be understood: “I'm excited, really. There is so much work to do. As I was saying, in fact, we started developing the new car a long time ago ago in particular we did it on the simulator. We are ready for the start of the new season and can't wait to go".
