After a season in which Ferrari only won in Singapore with Carlos Sainz, Leclerc is motivated to seek victory. The Monegasque indicated Las Vegas as a potential favorable scenario for the Red team and listed the challenges they will have to face during the weekend. All teams are relying on the simulation to prepare for the Las Vegas weekend. And this very aspect struck Charles who now can't wait to get on track to find some positive confirmations.
“When I got into the simulator to try the track I wasn't enthusiastic after seeing the design on paper, but instead once I got 'behind the wheel' the circuit surprised me in a positive way, I can't wait to try it live, there are several points where you brake combined and it won't be easy to avoid blocking at the front. If this weekend can be a great opportunity for us? Let's see, on paper yes, but I think it will be a truly special weekend especially from the point of view of the temperatures which will be quite cold and we will all have to deal with this aspect. I really like street circuits and Las Vegas should be more compatible with the characteristics of our car compared to the last races."
