Ferrari, Binotto: "The budget cap is limiting us"
Among the promoters instead of the idea there is no doubt Mattia binotto. The team principal of Ferrari asks in fact, even strongly, an increase in the budget cap.
“The limit imposed by the budget cap is deciding what we can do. We cannot waste resources Binotto said. so I believe we will bring updates when we have a significant one.
