Formula 1 returns to Canada, the Fantasy F1 of Yaw club. Only a week off after the triple header of races that saw three different drivers triumph: Verstappen, Norris and Piastri. It is impossible to have any doubts about them, who represent the group of top drivers to deploy in your team. As usual, however, let's see together which are the five drivers that it would be better not to deploy on the circuit dedicated to Gilles Villeneuve.
Franco Colapinto already under scrutiny
Being the second driver in Alpine is becoming a tiring job. Sure, not at the level of a job at Red Bull, but the pressure is still high. Franco Colapinto's second adventure in Formula 1 is not proving to be up to the high expectations, perhaps, we can say, even a little swollen. Furthermore, there is also the risk that he may commit some lightness in driving, which, on a fast circuit with the walls so close to the track like the one in Canada, could send the Argentinean back to the pits without passing the start. A retirement in the race is worth a penalty of -10 points. Finally, again on Sunday, Colapinto, after qualifying that never saw him go beyond Q2, a lot of effort in gaining positions, also thanks to a car that in terms of performance is second to last on the grid.

Who is already failing the exam: Yuki Tsunoda
Waiting for someone have the courage to question the actions of Helmut Marko, Yuki Tsunoda is not doing so well as Red Bull's second driver either. Sure, his performances are better than those of Lawson (who in any case had very few kilometres available) and the latest Perez, but he is still proving to be quite far away from his teammate, Max Verstappen. The disheartening comparison with his teammate leads the young Japanese driver to lose precious points at Fanta F1. In Canada, then, it could be disadvantageous to focus on Tsunoda also because of the price: as many as 17 yaws. Yet, number 22 is not delivering. able to justify such an expense. At roughly the same amount, fantasy managers will do better to spend their credits on drivers who, at the end of the weekend, will certainly bring more bonuses.

The Unhappy Host: Lance Stroll
Sometimes you wonder if Formula 1 is really what Stroll wants for his life. A quiet person, and often, compared to his colleagues, he is always seen a bit detached from what surrounds him. And then, in recent years, he has never realized protagonist of an impetus, of a sense of pride that could move him from the role of "daddy's boy". And yet, throughout his career, he had some solos. Now, comes the home Grand Prix, where usually the Canadian always manages to score some points. This year, however, Stroll arrives in Montreal recovering from wrist surgery, to which he subjected himself last June 2th. He may not be in top form, a factor that could add negatively to the alleged state of nervousness that, after qualifying in Spain, seems to have caused his injury following an excessive outburst towards the team. Finally, in Canada at Fanta F1 he could suffer further Fernando Alonso's return, which seems reborn from the Imola GP.

Andrea Kimi Antonelli on the bench
It is never pleasant to include the Italian driver in this unfortunate column. As already said on these screens, however, to be competitive at the maximum with your team at Fanta F1 you have to, every now and then, put your heart aside and do some math. The number 12 of Mercedes comes from three disastrous races, where he collected zero points, two retirements and an accident during Q1 in Monaco. Before returning to the grid, perhaps, it would be better to wait that he once again engages in that constant growth path that had seen him as a protagonist up until the Miami GP. Furthermore, currently, Antonelli is to be considered more as a third-rate pilot. Its cost, however, is decidedly high. 20 yaws, more than some choices that, in the middle of the group, could still bring bonuses at a lower cost. Consequently, in Canada at Fanta F1 it will be better to leave Antonelli on the bench, given that, among other things, in Montreal the Italian he has never run yet. One factor that could put him at a disadvantage compared to his teammate, George Russell, causing his fantasy managers to lose more points.

Poor Charles Leclerc
As mentioned in the preview of this article, the top three in the championship, namely Piastri, Norris and Verstappen, are untouchable, as they are the only ones capable of fighting for the victory of a grand prix and, consequently, for the conquest of the drivers' world championship. Behind them is a second group of drivers formed by Russell, Leclerc and Hamilton. Among these, in Canada at the Fanta F1 the underdog could be the Monegasque with his Ferrari. Hamilton, on the other hand, has always shown a great feeling with this track, and maybe he could reserve some surprises. Leclerc could feel more in difficulty, also considering how things went last year. Also, in Canada è particularly complicated to fit the tires into the right window.
This characteristic could thus put Leclerc and Ferrari in even more difficulty, forced to start at the bottom of the grid and then struggling in the race compared to their direct rivals. Then the soft C6 returns, with which Ferrari found itself in difficulty at Imola. Instead, as far as the circuit is concerned, to be fast you will need to have an agile car, with plenty of traction and with suspensions that can work well on these points. In short, all factors that could put Ferrari in difficulty. For this reason, at the Fanta F1 in Canada it will be better to focus on some other top pilots for their team to be fielded on Saturday evening before qualifying.
