The second Sprint weekend of the season was held for the first time in Miami, where heat, degradation and safety forced the teams to review their strategies, giving us a race different from those seen so far. In fact, it is not Max Verstappen who wins, beaten on the track by an extraordinary Lando Norris. His McLaren was impregnable, even for those who were used to devouring their opponents. In fact, Max struggled throughout the weekend and the greatest difficulties were seen during the race. Let's see who surprised and who disappointed this weekend with the tops and flops of Fanta F1 in Miami.
The top of the Miami GP
Land Norris: In an almost perfect weekend Lando Norris finally finds his first victory in Formula 1. It took a long time but Norris finally managed to break this curse, taking his very personal revenge and proving his worth to everyone. A result that is worth a lot, both for him and for her McLaren, which brought the first major package of updates to Miami that allowed it not only to catch up with Ferrari but also with Red Bull. Max Verstappen was in fact unable to make up ground, so good was Norris' pace. The English Fantamanagers rejoice at the Fanta F1. What a weekend!
Charles Leclerc: It won't be the hoped-for result but for the second weekend in a row Charles Leclerc manages to get in front of his teammate, finding the podium and good points at Fanta F1. The performance during the Sprint was also good. We must still consider that Ferrari has not yet brought any updates compared to the competition.
Stephen Ocon: Scoring an Alpine. Only Esteban could do it. We cannot fail to mention it considering that it is the first point of the season for the French team. Excellent choice for those who, like us, deployed it at Fanta F1 this weekend.

The Flops of the Miami GP
Kevin Magnussen: Evidently the 4 penalties in the Miami Sprint race were not enough for Kevin Magnussen. In the race, despite having Hulkenberg far away, he decides to torpedo poor Logan Sargeant by attacking him in a truly treacherous point and putting an end to the American's race. With this for Kevin we have 5 penalties for the weekend. This shows that there are records and records in Formula 1.
Sergio Perez: Perez's weekend was rather dull. Light years away from his teammate who almost misses a hit in turn 1 at the start of the Grand Prix. Red Bull is keeping an eye on everything for the future, even these poor performances.
Oscar Piastri: With his teammate on the top step of the podium, Oscar Piastri has nothing left to do but lick his wounds. After starting the race with an excellent pace, Piastri was penalized by the interruptions and slipped to the back, engaging in a fight with Carlos Sainz which led the two to contact and the consequent problems which forced him to a pit stop and to the back of the grid. Of course, he only made his debut last year but there is a great desire for revenge in this young talent. It's a shame to see it in this condition.
