A chaotic race in Brazil right from the formation lap. In fact, the first one arrives right in the preparation for departure training camp of the day. Once again the unlucky one pays Charles Leclerc. Coming off a positive weekend starting from Friday where the Monegasque took the front row. During the formation lap he lost control of the SF-23 hitting the wall. Charles suffered a plumbing problem, underlining the great bad luck that always comes to him at the best of times. The Fanta managers who had deployed him in the team at Fanta F1 also think the same way, together with other drivers who went off the scene at the first corner due to a bad contact, namely Albon and Magnussen and those who had consequences from this contact, namely Ricciardo, hit by the Haas tire, done and reminds us that we can never escape our destiny. In this third-to-last seasonal event in Brazil, let's see the tops and flops of the weekend Sprint at Fanta F1.
TOP
Land Norris: another fabulous podium arrives for Lando Norris. Maybe he will be sorry not to be able to fight for the victory but a second place in Brazil is actually the best result that could be achieved, especially when Verstappen is on track. His teammate continues to suffer in these last races of the season. He continues to rack up points, placing himself ahead of the person who actually drives an RB19, namely Sergio Perez. He also set the fastest lap.
Fernando Alonso: Overall, we can only place Fernando Alonso among the top of the weekend, with a mention also for his teammate, Lance Stroll. In Brazil Aston Martin has rediscovered the performance that was missing in the last few races. On Friday they achieved a very important second row, in Sunday's race they placed themselves as third force, overtaking Mercedes and Ferrari. With a heart-pounding finale Fernando, who hasn't been on the podium since the Dutch GP, is back on the wire with Perez.
Pierre Gasly: off the podium, but in an excellent points zone, ahead of Mercedes we find a super Pierre Gasly who with his comeback wins many points at Fanta F1. Well done Pierre!
FLOPS
Charles Leclerc: at Fanta F1 comes a heavy -10 for Charles Leclerc. Having retired even before the start on the formation lap, the Monegasque, fresh from an excellent weekend, had also kept a set of tires for the race which however did not see him participate. A job therefore aimed at the race, but which went up in smoke even before arriving on the starting grid. This result also weighs optically builders. Ferrari could have recovered important points from Mercedes. Charles himself repeats on the radio that he has a very high percentage of bad luck.

George Russell: Mercedes struggled really hard in Brazil, both in the Sprint and in the race. Both Russell and Lewis also get them from Lance Stroll. We are far from the times of the double scored here by the two drivers last season. The W14 struggles to keep pace, paying the price for the choice of a certain type of set-up in the unpredictable Sprint weekend and the team's strategy that leaves it in Lewis's exhaust. A rather disappointing end to the season for the Mercedes golden boy who concluded the race with a retirement due to the high temperatures of the Power Unit. From a victory, to retirement. The most disappointing exit imaginable.
Alfa Romeo: Many may not have even noticed but both Alfa Romeos retired during the race in Brazil. We didn't have high expectations, among other things on a complex circuit for Alfa Romeo but at least one could have concluded the race, right? Until a few races ago, particularly in Singapore, Bottas had zero retirements in the season. Now we're at three. Inevitable to put the entire team in the tops and flops at Fanta F1 in Brazil.
