Finished the weekend in China it's time to find out who the drivers have risen or fallen in Fanta F1 prices. The Sprint made its debut in Shanghai, with a revised format that effectively divided the weekend into two parts, the first dedicated completely to the Sprint, and the second to the preparation of the Grand Prix, with the reopening of parc fermé before qualifying for the GP of Sunday.
The various unknowns linked to the prolonged absence of the Chinese GP from the calendar, together with the low temperatures and the Sprint, they shuffled the cards. The big disappointment of the weekend is Ferrari in real difficulty for the first time. The team anxiously awaits the first major developments which will arrive in a reduced form from the next stage, Miami and then officially debut in Imola. While waiting to understand where Ferrari can go with the updates, we must also ask ourselves where the competition can go. Mercedes still seems far away, but in China McLaren, also without updates, proved that it can fight with the Red for the role of second force.
Who goes up and who goes down in Fanta F1 prices
Lando Norris +1: the English driver put together an almost perfect weekend for the first time since the beginning of the season, so much so that he managed to slip between the two Red Bulls, climbing second on the podium on Sunday. Winning remains a taboo but compared to last year the Fantasy managers can get more satisfaction. At the moment McLaren is the third best car on the grid, but unlike Piastri, Lando uses his greater experience to capitalize when Red Bull or Ferrari are missing. It goes up one credit for a cost of 33 YAWK.
Esteban Ocon + 1: the curious case of Esteban Ocon. Alpine is really struggling to get back on top. He currently has 0 points in the standings, but Esteban Ocon at Fanta F1 continues to rack up points as if nothing had happened. Compared to Gasly in the race he manages to move up a few positions and above all to always put himself in front of his teammate. In China he came within a step of the top 10. His average is excellent, considering the difficult waters in which Alpine is sailing. It also goes up by one credit, for a cost of 16 YAWK.
Nico Hulkenberg +1: another points finish for Nico, and a great test of consistency. His season started in the best way possible. He also goes up and reaches 10 YAWK.
Lance Stroll – 1: we have to retrace our steps. Unfortunately, the accident in China does not make him a highly sought-after driver, although Aston can aim high, as Alonso is demonstrating. It ruins his race, Ricciardo's, and partly Piastri's too. It goes down one credit and back to 15 YAWK.
Pierre Gasly – 1: speech diametrically opposite to that made for Ocon. Alpine's problems with Gasly are evident. It drops further for a cost of 12 YAWK.
Daniel Ricciardo – 1: when everything seemed to finally go well for Daniel comes a very difficult withdrawal. Son of a mistake not made by him, but which causes the Fanta managers to sink in the rankings. Furthermore, Daniel also collected an early penalty for Miami, so as not to miss anything. When will this negative spiral between performance and bad luck end? It drops to 15 YAWK.
