The has just ended Feature Races di Formula 3, which saw English as the undisputed protagonist Zak O'Sullivan. The Prema pilot he achieved his fourth victory seasonal, thus shaking the balance of the ranking. Disaster for the two Italians, Fornaroli e Mini, who lose important positions and points.
Zak O'Sullivan moves up the rankings
O'Sullivan it had proven itself fast in the free practice session, he then confirmed it by obtaining pole position in the qqualifications on Friday. Then yesterday, in the Sprint Race, slips to the back of the grid after contact. Today, however, he is back on track to take victory number 4 of this 2023 season.

The Williams Academy driver made an excellent start in turn 1 he already gains several metres advantage over his teammate Beganovich. The gap begins to increase and on the third lap the gap is 1.8 s. O'Sullivan doesn't seem to want to slow down the pace, he is fast and creates space behind him.
It is a flag to flag victory for Zak O'Sullivan, who also wins the fastest lap. Fantastic race for the team Prema which brings two riders to the podium, Zak and Dino Beganovic, once again signing one brace for the Vicenza team. On the third step of the podium, Franco Colapinto which proves itself once again excellent shape.
Minì and Fornaroli, what's happening?
Following the yesterday's victory, Gabriele Mini, driver of the Hitech team, seemed to have rediscovered the right feeling with his single-seater. In today's Feature Race however, the Alpine Junior Driver made an appearance in difficulty. Having started 12th, he lost positions as soon as the traffic lights went out, even reaching P18. Problems with the car or strategy to manage the tyres? We don't know, he lacked rhythm, although in the last laps he managed to regain something and finished sixteenth.
In crisis also Leonardo Fornaroli, who starts third, attacking Beganovic before turn 1 for second position. Franco Colapinto, on the rise, closes the pass to the detriment of the Trident driver who begins his descent towards ninth position. Fornaroli offers no resistance when his teammate overtakes him Goethe, which it certainly has more speed. It's a long ed inexorable descent into hell of P9, combined with the frustration of that missed podium.

Overtime instead Pepe Marti which rises from 13th position to sixth. The Spanish driver even surpasses the championship leader Gabriel Bortoleto, thus finishing in the exhaustions of the Estonian driver, Paul Aron. Martì tries everything to overtake him, but in the end he finishes behind the Mercedes Junior Driver, still obtaining an excellent result.
Next week, on the circuit Spa-Francorchamps, the last two races before the summer break!
