The following three years Bilinski he will try his hand at the Formula Regional with less than satisfactory results, also due to an injury that kept him away from the track for several races.
In 2024, however, he also decided to compete in the Formula Regional Oceania, winning the category thanks to 6 victories and 12 podiums in total, thus attracting the attention of Rodin Motorsport, who put him on their F3 car in the post-season tests in Barcelona and Jerez.

"This is really a great opportunity for me and I can't wait to start the new season,” said Bilinski. “Rodin has proven to be a great platform for a young driver and I intend to make the most of this opportunity, while doing the best job possible for the team.”
Rodin Motorsport Team Manager Sam Waple added: “We are delighted to welcome Roman to the Rodin Motorsport team and We look forward to working with him next season.
