I post-season tests of the preparatory category ended last October 16th, marking thelast Stand on the track of the single-seater of old generationThe Jerez circuit has crowned Nikola Tsolov as the fastest driver, a result that convinced the Campos Racing Team a to hire Bulgarian for the 2025 season FIA F3.
From karts to his first debut in a single-seater
Tsolov He began competing aboard a karting in 2016, winning the Bulgarian Championship for two consecutive years. In 2019 has conquered the title of Champion in the WSK Open Cup with the FA Racing team of double World Champion Fernando Alonso. After achieving second place in both the Italian Karting Championship and the WSK Final Cup, the young driver is invited by Alonso to participate alongside him in the 24h Endurance Dubai, a race in which they managed to climb onto the third step of the podium.
The Spaniard decides to include Tsolov in the A14 Management, its pilot support program. Nikola then enters the 2022Alpine Academy and with the support received he manages to secure a seat in Campos Racing in the Spanish F4 Championship. In his debut season on board a single-seater, Tsolov achieved thirteen victories, becoming category champion with three races to spare.
Experience in the preparatory category
In 2023 Tsolov gets the opportunity to drive in Formula 3 with the French team ART Grand Prix. A complicated start for the Bulgarian, who however managed to redeem himself by going in the points in the Sprint Race on the circuit of Spa-Francorchamps, finishing seventh. At Monza he finished in the points zone again, thus putting his signature on twenty-second place in the drivers' standings. Also in 2023 Nikola competed in the Jerez round of the Eurocup-3 Championship with GRS Team, conquering the two pole positions and the second in both races.
For the 2024 season – the future driver of the Campos – Tsolov team, remains in F3 with ART. In the first race on the street circuit of Montecarlo gets his first victory in category. He then took victory in the Spielberg Sprint and the Budapest Feature Race. Nikola finished at theeleventh place in the ranking with 75 points. With a view to 2025, he took part in the post-season tests with the Campos team, which has now chosen to officially include him in its line-up.
Tsolov is Campos' new driver choice for 2025 F3 season
After the announcement of the move to Campos, Nikola Tsolov said: "I couldn't be happier and more grateful to be joining Campos Racing again for next year's FIA F3 Championship. It's a great opportunity for me, with the team we won the F4 Spain together – It feels like coming home again. The goal is to continue our story, aiming for success!".

He took his first steps in single-seaters with Campos Racing, winning the title in his first experience with us – he did it overwhelmingly. In the post-season tests we have done, we have reached a very high level, both in Jerez and Barcelona. I am confident that this is just the beginning of a great year together".
