As with F3, the F2 free practice session in Monaco also saw rain as the protagonist. A wet and humid track made it very difficult to properly prepare for the race weekend.
Lots of long ones 'Saint Devote' and numerous difficulties in setting the curves correctly, a not simple situation which however he opposed Victor martins setting the fastest time with ART Grand Prix in 1:39.237 ahead of Richard Verschoor and Dennis Hauger.
Many difficulties for Enzo Fittipaldi the first to have close contact with the barriers, not the best day even for the winner of the last Sprint Race, Franco Colapinto. He also made contact with the Rascasse with consequent Red flag, F2 Free Practice session suspended in Monaco.
As the conditions improved and with the riders gaining more and more confidence, the first good times came out. Of all those who seem to have enjoyed themselves in these conditions are the two pilots ART Grand Prix.

The free practice session in F2 it resumes on the Monaco circuit with 20 minutes to go, and Dennis Hauger is the first driver to improve, bringing himself six tenths behind Victor Martins' time. Eighth time for Kimi Antonelli two seconds behind Martins.
The rain started to get worse again as the session entered its final 10 minutes leading to teams returning their cars to the pitlane.
A not very indicative session that leaves i pilots to have to deal with tomorrow at 15pm with the first qualifications of Group A.
