It is time to Sprint Race at the Hungaroring for Formula 2, which takes to the track for the first race of the weekend. Thanks to the reverse grid, they look out from the front row Kush Mani e Dennis Hauger. The latter managed to gain the greatest number of points available, finishing the race in first position.
Dennis Hauger conquers Budapest
When the traffic lights go out, Kush Maini starts off very well, but a small braking error at the first corner cost him two positions, thus giving up the leadership of group a Dennis Hauger and second place to Ayumu Iwasa.

The Norwegian has a lead for the entire duration of the Sprint Raceincredible race ace, which doesn't allow Iwasa to keep up with him. Only on lap 10 of 28, the DAMS driver begins to lap Hauger's times, but the number #1 pushes further, extending distances which separate it from Japanese.
Dennis Hauger reaches the checkered flag alone and wins his second victory this season, after the one obtained in Melbourne Sprint Race.
Dress modestly
On the podium together with Hauger and Iwasa, the Ferrari Driver Academy driver also climbed up, Oliver Bearman. For the Englishman it was a race almost in apnea, without ever a moment to breathe because of the duels in which he took part. There first battle is the one with Maini for third position, which the Prema driver manages to win, but the Indian isn't willing and joins him.

The two go shoulder to shoulder, while from behind Théo Pourchaire arrives, who acts as a spectator. Maini gets the upper hand and Bearman is also attacked by the ART GP driver. On the restart after the Virtual Safety Car a Snappy pourchair finally closes the gap on driver number #8. The Frenchman then attacks Maini, dragging Bearman with him, the latter performing the same maneuver against Pourchaire.
Pourchaire concludes room, taking home very important points given that Frederick News remained outside laid down by the points area. After taking third place in the session yesterday's qualifying the Prema driver was unable to make a comeback. Pourchaire goes to -1 from Vesti, the fight for the championship has never been so open!
