The starting grid of the Belgian Grand Prix opens, surprisingly, with Charles' Ferrari Leclerc. The Monegasque is back in front of everyone and will have to do his utmost to defend himself from the attack of Sergio Perez who will start alongside him. The Mexican wants to try to redeem himself after his retirement in the season Sprint of yesterday. Attacking Leclerc won't be easy, but let's not forget the car he drives. Behind him is the man who cost him his retirement, Lewis Hamilton. For the seven-time world champion, considering the Shootout and the Sprint penalty, it was a Saturday to forget. Today, however, he starts in an excellent position and both Leclerc and Perez are warned. Next to him is the other one Ferrari Carlos Sainz.
Verstappen starts sixth on the starting grid
Fifth position instead for Oscar Piastri. As soon as he was given a competitive car, the Australian no longer wanted to stop. Fourth place in England, fifth in Hungary and second in yesterday's Sprint. He will be there at his side Verstappen, the two-time world champion, present in a somewhat unusual position only due to the five positions to be served for gearbox replacement. Although Verstappen is clearly the favourite, starting next to Piastri will certainly not be a walk in the park. Behind them, Lando Norris and a disappointing – at least so far – George Russell. Closing out the top ten, absolutely on the hunt for redemption after yesterday's results, the two Aston Martins with Alonso ninth and Stroll tenth.

Hunting for a comeback
Opening the sixth row, in eleventh position, is Yuki tsunoda. The Japanese is back from an excellent qualifying on Friday and, as difficult as it appears, he dreams of entering the points. A real feat, also considering the car's performance, but not impossible. Next to him is the first of the two Alpines, with Pierre gasly. The Frenchman took the podium in the Sprint yesterday and hopes to recover - perhaps with an excellent strategy - today too. Thirteenth and fourteenth positions for Bottas and Esteban Ocon.
At the bottom of the grill
Fifteenth time for Alexander Albon who gains a position following the penalty given to Kevin Magnussen – sixteenth – for impeding Leclerc during Friday qualifying. Behind them Guanyu Zhou and Logan Sargeant. On the bottom, the AlphaTauri by Ricciardo – who came close to reaching the points yesterday in the Sprint – and Nico Hulkenberg's Haas.

At 15.00 pm we start in the dry... maybe
With this grid, and an always uncertain weather, everything is ready for the last appointment before the summer break. At 15.00 Make yourself comfortable to find out who will decide to take the chair at the University of Formula 1.
