After a back to back between Imola and Monaco Formula 1 returns to the American continent, more precisely to Canada, in Montreal for the ninth round of the season. So let's see all the schedules for the Canadian GP weekend!
Red Bull worried about curbs
The 2024 season continues to take a different turn after each Grand Prix. Miami, Imola, Monaco. In these three races we had three different winners. Canada is another unknown, especially for Red Bull struggling on the curbs. McLaren and Ferrari hope to be able to take advantage of this difficult period for the Austrian team by maximizing the result and moving closer in the standings. In fact, the gap is starting to be less evident. It is especially so when compared to last year. Red Bull's only opponent in 2023 was Fernando Alonso, in Aston Martin. Undoubtedly Aston Martin was stronger than McLaren and Ferrari, but not enough to worry Max or Red Bull.
Which the other two teams have done on more than one occasion this year. In Miami Norris found the first victory of his career, while in Monaco it was Charles Leclerc who won the race. And what a race. In fact, the one at home has always had a special flavor for the Monegasque. Having won it gave a great boost to both him and the team who now want to understand how far they can go with the updates. In fact, in Canada, the Maranello team will have a second opportunity to study the updates introduced at Imola. An important occasion because the direction of the next few months and the outcome of a championship that still has a long way to go will depend on the results.
