There's very little left until the start of the Belgian GP, and the starting positions are almost all well defined.
Belgian GP, several penalties
This weekend in Spa, they had already been there 2 riders to receive a penalty. One is Max Verstappen: the reigning world champion has decided to mount the fifth change. This led him to climb from P1, obtained thanks to a qualification monstrous (8 tenths to the first of the others), thus climbing in P6. To benefit from all this in starting grid was Charles Leclerc. The Ferrari driver, who qualified in P2 and therefore getting relatively close more than anyone at SuperMax, he conquered the Pole Positions.

Another driver to have received a penalty before today is Kevin Magnussen. In Friday's qualifying, after an error on a fast lap, the Dane succeeded slowed down without though move from the trajectory. Move that everyone made because they were going to ruin the tires if you left the default line. In this case, however, his Haas he blocked the Classic Ferrari for sale of the Poleman Leclerc, which for this reason also risked being eliminated early. The FIA suddenly intervened and awarded 3 grid penalty positions al vichingo, which is thus scaled in P16.
Hulkenberg is the last driver with a penalty: he starts from the pit
The last driver to have changed his position with respect to the qualifying tests is Nico Hulkenberg. In the preceding minutes, the American team decided to fit a new Power Unit and a new gearbox on the German's car. However, these changes were made in Closed Park, therefore the #27 of Haas will be forced to start from Pit Lane. Little will change for him, given that the calculation error by the mechanics who didn't allow Nico to make his rounds and then he would leave in P20.
