Rain, wind and wet track. These are the conditions for the opening of the FP3 of the Dutch GP. The Zandvoort circuit offers a difficult weather scenario: in addition to the wind, with gusts around 16 km/h, variable rain inevitably marks thislast session before qualifying. The riders will face a session with cold asphalt and little grip, an air temperature of around 16°.
Logan Sargeant scores FP3 of the Dutch GP:
There are few drivers who take to the track straight away. The first is Nico Hulkenberg together with his teammate, but after a lap of launch they both return to the pits. Conditions still too complicated to collect data and confidence in view of qualifications.

The first to score a useful time is Oscar piastri that, with 1:24.176, takes home the temporary first position. After about 10 minutes he is the only one to have completed a flying lap. First yellow flag with Nico Hulkenberg who brings home a broken front wing, thanks to a long shot in turn 1.
At minute 45, Logan Sargeant hits the barriers of turn 4. Extremely violent accident during full acceleration downhill, the Williams driver loses the rear and bang in the barrier. Single seater flames e right rear tire coming off. It is exposed immediately Red flag.
Logan sargeant at first it's hard to get out but luckily we can say 'Drivers ok'.

Lots of debris occupy the runway and, when they are missing 10 minutes until the end of the session, the pilots have not yet returned. The departure first scheduled for 12pm, slide at 12:27. All teams will have just available 3 minutes if you decide to get back on track. Enough time to attempt a ride without rain but with track humid.
We get on the track, hectic situation in the pit lane with Max Verstappen which remedies one black-white flag for multiple overtaking when exiting the pits. A race against time to bring home at least one lap. Below are the results of Free Practice 3:
