Towards the ascent. At Ferrari, before the summer break, we start planning for the next season. The 2023 vintage is now gone – especially considering the dominance of Verstappen – even if in Maranello they believe that the SF-23 can reach, after what was seen in Spa, the second builders' square – which is currently 56 points away.
Ferrari, second place goal
Without a doubt there will be a lot of work to do. Precisely for this reason, Ferrari seems to have already planned the next ones developments which we will see on the SF-23 already from the Dutch Grand Prix. Big news is coming to Monza, with a modification that – barring surprises – will arrive in the belly area. With such updates, Ferrari hopes to obtain positive responses, which will be crucial for next season's car, with the project 676 which seems to have already started. We are talking about the first real Vasseur-branded car - as the team principal arrived in Maranello last January, with the SF-23 now more than ready.

Vigna: “Spa confirms our improvements”
Leading the charge for this second part of the season – with the World Championship ending on November 26th – is Ferrari CEO Benedetto Vineyard, intervened in a call on the half-yearly results with financial analysts: “We started the championship with a level of competitiveness lower than our expectations but in some recent races, such as last weekend at Spa-Francorchamps, we have seen some signs of improvement. Clearly we want to continue to improve and we are working day and night to make our car more competitive".
Working towards 2024
Ferrari will succeed starting again from Leclerc's excellent podium in Belgium? Only the track will be able to tell us, but one thing seems to be certain: the different information that will arrive in this second part of the season will undoubtedly influence the 2024, which is getting ever closer.
