At the checkered flag of sprint qualifying in Qatar, Lando Norris concludes in pole position. He will therefore start ahead of everyone in the Sprint Race on Saturday. The driver of the McLaren the first attempt in Q3 was enough to secure the first place.

In conclusion of his interview, Norris also talked about the struggle with Ferrari in the Constructors. His ambition is to win everything, as is that of McLaren itself: “On a track like this it’s not easy to put together a lap, but in any case we respected the premises of the eve and we are in front. The goal is to be first in every session, to do a double and take home the maximum number of points for the Constructors' Championship. They will all be fast, both Mercedes and Ferrari, so it will not be easy. Obviously it will be exciting and we can't wait".
