John Elkann talk again. The president of Ferrari, in sight of Exor's Investor Day took stock of the season carried out by the Scuderia di Maranello which, after taking home a season victory (in Singapore thanks to Sainz), concluded the world championship in third place in the constructors' standings. A result that certainly does not make the fans happy, much less president Elkann who, in addition to this, also gave a small preview of the future by Carlos Sainz and Charles Leclerc.

Elkann reveals: “Future of Leclerc and Sainz? They will stay in Ferrari"
When asked about the future of the two drivers who represent Ferrari on the track, Elkann replied as follows: “Leclerc and Sainz? I can already tell without a doubt that they will remain. It is clear that the season was disappointing, as we finished third in the championship, even if we almost finished second. In the last phase of the championship, however, we had the opportunity to do so also shops with Red Bull managing to get different pole. Now we have to take all this to be able to push even more in the coming seasons, with the great aim of reversing the large number of poles won in podiums".
We are working on renewals
Both Sainz and Leclerc have their contracts expiring in 2024, but Ferrari's intentions, as also admitted by president Elkann, are to be able to build in important future project with them. With the season now over, therefore, we can now officially start with the negotiations to try to ensure that both the Monegasque and the Spaniard can still be dyed red, at least until 2026.
