Doriane Pin between Race 1 and Race 2
The French rider dominated the qualifications where he took pole in Race 1 and Race 2, leaving her colleagues more than a second behind.

And yes, because as her second grand slam, crossing the finish line in the same conditions as Race 1, she only has 2 points left to celebrate. Furthermore, defending against Abbi Pulling who this time tries to overcome with more determination.
But the checkered flag seems almost invisible, Doriane doesn't see it and so she undertakes the extra lap in a dashing manner, as if she were still fighting for position. The radio team tells her that she had to go back and enjoy the podium, she promptly replies that they had to warn her. She enjoys the podium on the top step, yes, a podium which also had to wait for the driver to complete the lap, but in the evening the verdict, 8 positions. Doriane Pin is in P9 and hands the victory to her rival of the weekend and, perhaps, also of the championship: Abbi.
From everything to a few pennies
It's difficult to think of giving up so many points to an opponent due to a careless error, but after all, this is what motorsport is all about. Although she remains the true protagonist of the entire first race weekend in Jeddah, in the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix, she is not the leader of the championship nor the vice.
