It's been official for months separation between Alfa Romeo e Sauber at the end of this season. The Hinwil-based team will race for two seasons without a title sponsor, after having been linked to the Arese-based company since 2018, before the arrival of Audi since 2026.
Alfa Romeo-Haas in 2024?
THEAlfa Romeo, on the other hand, seems ready to stay in Formula 1, bonding with Haas. The two brands share the use of Ferrari power units and would be interested in one two-year agreement, until the end of 2025. As reported by RacingNews365, the contract would be around 20 million of dollars annually.

In this way, the Italian manufacturer that seemed certain to say goodbye to the Circus would have the opportunity to stay on the grid. It would, in a sense, be the "fourth life" of the Biscione, after two seasons in the 50s, the first half of the 80s and the most recent partnership with Sauber.
The goal is to return to the results of the first period, when the then called Alfa Romeo SpA won the first two drivers' championships in history with Farina and Fangio. The team of Guenther Steiner and Gene Haas hopes the same, as they will try to improve on their best result: fifth place in the Constructors' in 2018.
