With the closure of Las Vegas Grand Prix 2023, Formula 1 reaches its last stop for 2023: Abu Dhabi. Yas Marina, against the backdrop of artificial lights, will host the final act of this season, returning to European times. Although the drivers' champion and the winning team of the constructors' championship have already been determined, there are still many positions that teams and drivers will compete for in Abu Dhabi. So let's see the times for the weekend which will be broadcast live on Sky Sport F1 and Now.
An ending that is anything but predictable
Several teams in this last part of the season have shown that they have reduced the gap with their opponents. Red Bull itself became more vulnerable, and several teams including Ferrari, Mercedes and McLaren tried to take advantage. In the last race of the championship it is precisely the challenge for second place, between Mercedes and Ferrari, separated by only 4 points, that keeps the tension high. In Las Vegas the Maranello team achieved a very important podium with Charles Leclerc but in Abu Dhabi it will be difficult to replicate. Among the other challenges we also find the one in the drivers' championship between Sainz, Alonso, Norris and Leclerc for fourth place. Instead he arrives calmly Perez who with the podium in Las Vegas secured second place, taking a 41 point lead over Hamilton. Given that the maximum score in Abu Dhabi is 26 points, the Briton is mathematically out of the running and will have to settle for third place.

Whoever wants to make up for it in Abu Dhabi is McLaren. The English team is not entirely safe and must defend itself from Aston Martin after Lando Norris' retirement in Las Vegas. Finally, we must not forget the lower area of the ranking which sees various battles including the one for seventh position involving Williams, AlphaTauri, Alfa Romeo and Haas. None of these teams scored in the points in Las Vegas, leaving any verdict until the last race weekend.
